Membership Cost

The suggested donation for the first year of membership in HLA is only $65.00, and then $51.00 for each “renewal” year. That’s less than $1 per week for renewal years!

Your membership in HLA not only means that you have a partner in protecting your right to homeschool, but it also means that your family is standing together with other homeschooling families throughout the United States…because NONE of us is as strong as ALL of us!

SUGGESTED DONATION

You will note that the above dollar amounts are suggested donations. If you are just getting to know us, you may not completely understand this. So, please let us explain…

Our parent organization, the Christian Law Association (CLA), is a “ministry of legal helps” that has been serving families and churches since 1969 with information and resources, and that has successfully defended over 8,000 educational freedom related cases.

In harmony with our over 40-year legal history, your membership in the Homeschool Legal Advantage is via a suggested donation. This means that some homeschooling families will join, but be unable to pay the full suggested donation. And, these families are enthusiastically welcomed. This is our ministry calling! Our Heavenly Father is faithful, and His people are faithful.

For those that choose to partner with our ministry by joining the Homeschool Legal Advantage, we thank you! Please pray for us as we endeavor to well-serve homeschooling families throughout these great United States.

Registration and Payment Options

You may print and mail us your Registration Form.

You may also conveniently register online via our secure online registration form. When registering online, you may pay via snail mail check, online check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

And, if you cannot afford any donation at this time, but still would like to join, please contact us and we’ll be glad to provide you with a complimentary membership. Whatever your circumstance, we want to be of service and will never let finances stand in the way.

A Special Note for Widows & Widowers

If you are a Widow or Widower that is homeschooling, we want to provide you with a completely complimentary membership in HLA. You only need to register, and then, on the registration form in the field that asks for a "registration code", enter the following: "James 1:27"

In addition to your complimentary membership, we have a few books we'd like to send you - also completely free of charge. And, our friends at The Old Schoolhouse Magazine would also like to provide you with a free subscription to their magazine - which is a fantastic homeschooling resource!
