3. Provide the requested Registration Information on the next page.
4. Log-in to the Members Only area of our website to print your Membership Cards and/or Last Will & Testament Forms

IMPORTANT: Payment options include VISA, Discover, MasterCard, American Express or bank account. And, while all of these online payments are processed safely and securely through PayPal, you DO NOT have to have a PayPal account in order to use your VISA, Discover, MasterCard, American Express or bank account when paying via one of these options.

If you do not have a PayPal account, no worries! On the next page, as you check out, just go to the link that says: "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available)."
