Last Will and Testament
One of the benefits of membership in Homeschool Legal Advantage is a complimentary Last Will and Testament, drafted by an attorney, that will thoughtfully distribute your estate to your heirs and outline your wishes for your children. This easily represents an additional $200 to $500 value that we are pleased to provide to our membership as a part of our commitment to well-serve homeschooling families throughout the United States.

Once you have completed the form:
- You may mail it to HLA, P.O. Box 4010, Seminole, FL 33775
- Or, you may scan it and email it to: dslater@gibbsfirm.com
- An attorney will email a draft for your approval or for edits
- Upon approval, HLA will mail you the final version of your Last Will and Testament
- You will then sign it in front of two (2) witnesses and a Notary. It is then “official.”
- Optionally, you may photocopy it and mail the photocopy back to HLA to be kept on-file on your behalf.
